Description
Cuvée Frédéric Émile is Trimbach's top Riesling, made from old vines on the Geisberg and Osterberg grand cru sites in Ribeauvillé. It is dry and powerful, and needs time. This 2011 has the poise of a wine with some age, with citrus, stone and honeyed notes.
