Description
A dry Riesling from the Prüm estate in the Mosel, labelled "Blue" for the slate soils the vines grow on. It is lean and citrusy with a flinty edge and enough acidity to feel refreshing rather than sharp. A dependable dry white for the table, and a good introduction to Mosel Riesling.
