A Kabinett from Erdener Treppchen, one of the Mosel’s great vineyards, by Dr. Loosen. Kabinett is the lightest of the Prädikat levels, with a little sweetness and low alcohol. Expect peach, lime and a slatey, mineral finish, with the sweetness balanced by acidity.
