Description
A French pastis in a one-litre bottle, flavored with anise and licorice in the Provençal manner. It turns cloudy when diluted with cold water, and the aroma opens with the dilution. Serve it as the French do, in the late afternoon, with a small pitcher of water and a bowl of olives.
