Description
On Ireland's southwest coast in Union Hall, West Cork Distillers makes whiskey, and this bottling is finished in casks that previously held stout. That adds roasted malt, chocolate and coffee notes on top of an easy, sweet Irish base. It is smooth and approachable, a good pour for fans of Guinness and for whiskey drinkers curious about something different.
