Description
Glendalough is a craft distillery in County Wicklow, and the Double Barrel is aged first in ex-bourbon casks, then finished in Spanish Oloroso sherry casks. That brings vanilla and caramel from the bourbon and raisin, toasted nuts and spice from the sherry. A smooth, rounded Irish whiskey with a bit more depth than most blends.
