Description
Blackpitts is a peated single malt from Teeling, the Dublin distillery that opened in 2015 in the city's old Liberties district. The peat adds smoke, but the character stays sweeter and rounder than most Scotch equivalents, with orchard fruit and malt on the back. A good one for people who want smoke without the medicinal edge.
