ST. ELIZABETH ALLSPICE DRAM

A rum-based allspice liqueur, also called pimento dram, that tastes of Jamaican allspice berries, cinnamon and clove. It is intensely spiced and a small amount goes far. A cult ingredient in tiki drinks, from the Donn Beach classics to the Jungle Bird.
