Pimento dram is a Jamaican allspice liqueur, and one of the building blocks of tiki cocktails. This is the Hamilton bottling, a dark and peppery liqueur with clove and cinnamon. It is used by the dash, in drinks like the Jungle Bird and Three Dots and a Dash, or in hot toddies for a spiced lift.
