A Shiraz from the Barossa Valley, the warm South Australian region famous for rich, full-flavoured reds. Expect blackberry, plum, dark chocolate and black pepper with a generous, velvety texture. Some bottle age has added softness. A good bottle for grilled meats, barbecue or a cold evening.
