Description
A Pouilly-Fumé from old vines, from the 2022 vintage, made by Régis Minet. Sauvignon Blanc from older plantings tends to give more depth and a longer finish, with citrus, smoky flint and a savoury edge. It stands up well to richer fish and creamy goat cheeses.
