Description
The gin of Menorca, distilled in Mahon in wood-fired copper stills and aged briefly in oak. It is mellow and fragrant, with a juniper aroma and a soft, slightly sweet taste. It is the base of Menorca's pomada, mixed with lemonade, and works equally well with tonic.
