Description
The red, anise-scented bitters from New Orleans, created in the 1830s by Antoine Peychaud. It is lighter and sweeter than Angostura, with cherry, anise and floral notes, and is the essential ingredient in a Sazerac. It also lifts a Vieux Carré and some Old Fashioneds. A 5oz bottle that will last a long time.
