Description
A Galician gin that starts from Albarino grape spirit, a local twist that gives it a soft, fruity base. Botanicals from the Atlantic coast add fresh, saline-tinged herbal notes and a bit of citrus. It suits the Galician approach of a large glass full of ice with tonic and a slice of lime.
Notes Albarino · Herbal · Citrus · Coastal
Pairs with Grilled octopus or shellfish
