Description
Black Barrel is Mount Gay's richer, bolder blend, built from pot and column still rums from Barbados that finish in heavily charred ex-bourbon barrels. Double-cask aging gives it deep notes of toasted oak, dark sugar and baking spice with a little smoke on the end. It has enough structure for a spirit-forward cocktail and enough polish for sipping.
