Description
Eclipse is Mount Gay's gold rum, a blend of pot and column still distillates from Barbados aged in ex-bourbon oak. It tastes of ripe banana, honey and a little orange zest, with a soft, mellow finish. Easy to drink on ice and dependable in a rum and ginger, a daiquiri or a classic Dark and Stormy.
