Description
A pét-nat, short for pétillant naturel, made from Mavrud, a dark Bulgarian grape. The wine is bottled before fermentation finishes, so the bubbles are gentle and the style is a little cloudy and wild. Expect red fruit and a bit of funk, as the name suggests. A fun, low-key bottle for a casual night.
