Description
An Alsatian crème de framboise from the fruit distillery Massenez, intensely raspberry and noticeably less sweet than many. It has fresh crushed berry, a little almond and a clean finish. Use it in a Kir-style spritz, or pour a spoonful over a plain cake or sorbet.
