Description
An amber wine in the old Georgian way, made from Rkatsiteli grapes fermented on their skins in a buried clay qvevri. That produces a deep golden color, a grippy, tea-like tannin and flavors of dried apricot, honey and walnut. Wines like this are best with food, from roast poultry to hard cheeses.
