Amber wine from Georgia, made from the Kisi grape and aged on its skins in qvevri, the clay vessels buried in the ground, which is the country's centuries-old method. It is dry and organic, with dried apricot, tea and a gentle grip. A distinctive bottle for roast chicken or hard cheese, and a good way to try an ancient style of winemaking.
