A barrel-aged take on Chicago's most polarizing liqueur. The aging rounds off some of the bitterness of Malort and adds a woody, vanilla layer, but the wormwood and grapefruit pith are still plainly there. It is for people who have made peace with the original and want to see what a little oak can do.
