A revival of the Italian rosolio, a floral aperitivo that is made from Calabrian bergamot, along with lavender, chamomile and rose. It is pale green-gold in a distinctive bottle, with a bright citrus perfume and gentle sweetness. Try it in an Italicus Spritz with Prosecco, or in place of a liqueur in a gin cocktail.
