Piedmont's famous hazelnut liqueur, sold in a bottle shaped like a friar. Roasted hazelnut leads, with cocoa, vanilla and a bit of coffee behind it. It is sweet but not heavy, easy to sip over ice and useful in dessert cocktails, in coffee, or on top of gelato.
