Los Arcos is Lustau's Amontillado, a sherry that begins under flor and then ages in contact with air. It is dry and amber-coloured, with hazelnut, dried orange peel, tobacco and a long, savoury finish. Excellent with soups, hard cheeses or roast chicken.
