Description
Manzanilla is a type of fino matured by the sea in Sanlúcar de Barrameda, and it is pale, bone-dry and faintly salty. Lustau's Papirusa is aged in a solera system, giving almond, chamomile and a briny finish. Serve it well chilled, ideally with something salty.
