Description
A Piedmontese aperitif wine, based on Moscato and flavored with gentian and cinchona bark, in the style of a quinquina. It is lightly bitter, with orange peel and honey, and is the modern stand-in for the Kina Lillet that the original Vesper called for. It is as good on its own with soda as it is in a Negroni Bianco.
