Description
A Sicilian amaro that has been made since the 1860s, and one of the friendliest ways into bitter liqueurs. It is rich and syrupy, with caramel, orange peel and warming herbs, and it is not as aggressively bitter as some of its Italian cousins. Drink it over ice after dinner, or stir it into a Black Manhattan.
