Description
Cinzano is one of Italy's oldest vermouth houses, based in Piedmont, and Bianco is its sweet white style. Vanilla, citrus peel and gentle herbs sit over a soft bitterness. Serve it cold over ice with soda or tonic and an orange slice, or use it where a recipe wants a softer, sweeter vermouth. Keep an open bottle in the fridge.
