Description
Barolo Chinato is a Piedmontese specialty: Barolo wine infused with cinquina bark, rhubarb, gentian and other spices, then lightly sweetened. Vajra's version is rich, bittersweet and elegantly spiced. Serve it lightly chilled after dinner, particularly with dark chocolate, or use it in place of sweet vermouth.
