Description
Genever is the Dutch ancestor of gin, and a jonge (young) style like this is lighter and cleaner than the malty old-style kind. Boomsma has been making it in Friesland since the 1830s. It is soft and lightly juniper-scented, good in cocktails or served cold in a small glass with a beer on the side.
