Description
A Manzanilla, the pale, bone-dry style of sherry aged near the coast in Sanlúcar de Barrameda. It tastes of green almond, chamomile and sea salt, with a bright, tangy finish and a faint yeasty note. Serve it well chilled, like a white wine, with salty food.
