Description
Alvear is Montilla-Moriles' oldest wine house, and this Pedro Ximénez comes from a solera started in 1927. It is thick and syrupy, with raisin, fig, molasses and toffee, balanced by a bit of acidity. Pour it over vanilla ice cream or serve in small glasses with blue cheese and nuts.
