Description
A Chilean pisco, a grape brandy made in the Elqui Valley. The Reservado is a smooth, aromatic pisco with floral, grapey notes and a clean finish. It is the base for a Pisco Sour, the national cocktail of both Chile and Peru, with lime juice, sugar and egg white.
