The long contact between the deposit and the oak of the barrel gives the Cuvée 555 its woody taste, aromas of spiced bread and candied fruits. Delicately perfumed to be savoured slowly with a truffled foie gras. Made from 100% Chardonnay Grand Cru the Cuvée 555 will not lose its freshness over the years but will gain elegance each year.Compared to the rest of the VOIRIN-JUMEL champagne range, the Cuvée 555 is characterized by its golden yellow colour, its delicate bubbles, its subtle oaky nose and especially the deep candied fruits and gingerbread flavours.
