Light straw yellow in color. The nose is intense and ethereal, with rich honey, beeswax, apple spice, and toast notes. The palate starts round and full, but then transitions midpalate to a bright and austere wine with racy minerality and acidity. Finishes snappy, but spice and cream notes linger on the back palate giving length and persistence.
