 Nordés is named for the cool northwestern wind
that comes off the Atlantic Ocean.
 Out of 11 botanicals, 6 are indigenous to the wild
Galician forests: bay leaf, lemon verbena, sea bean,
mint, eucalyptus, sage. Cardamom, hibiscus
flower, ginger, black tea and juniper add
complexity and spice.
 All 11 botanicals are macerated separately before
distillation, each requiring a different amount of
time depending on the exact aroma desired.
 Nordés is made from a base that includes
Albariño, the noble white wine from Galicia.
