Widow Jane is a Brooklyn distillery that proofs its whiskey down with mineral-rich water from the Rosendale limestone mine in upstate New York. The 10-year-old is aged bourbon with deep caramel, baked apple, vanilla and a bit of spice. It is smooth and polished, and good enough to sip neat.
