Description
Vilmart is a respected grower house in Rilly-la-Montagne, known for fermenting and ageing its wines in oak. Cuvée Rubis is its rosé, mostly Pinot Noir with some Chardonnay. It is darker and more serious than most pink Champagne, with ripe red fruit and a savoury, spiced finish.
