Description
Underberg is a German herbal digestif, sold in a small single-serve bottle wrapped in paper. It is made from herbs from many countries, aged in oak, and it is intensely bitter and aromatic, in the manner of an amaro. It is traditionally taken as a shot after a heavy meal.
