Sorgin Gin

Sorgin means witch in Basque, and this gin from northern Spain carries a bit of the same herbal, woodsy flavor. It is aromatic and dry with a juniper base and a long finish. It works well in a gin and tonic, in the Spanish way with lots of ice and some citrus peel.
