Description
Scarpetta, the Friuli-inspired label from the team behind Frasca Food and Wine, makes this dry Italian rosato. It is pale, crisp and savory, with strawberry, watermelon, a hint of herbs and a clean mineral edge. A good porch rosé, or something to pour with antipasti and salty cheese.
