Description
Sardus Pater is a cooperative in the Sulcis area of southwest Sardinia, where old ungrafted Carignan vines grow in sandy soil. The 2009 now shows dried red fruit, spice and a savoury, earthy finish. A mature Sardinian red for hearty dishes.
