A 13-year-old, barrel-proof bourbon from Wild Turkey, bottled without being cut with water, so the strength shifts a little from batch to batch. The long time in wood gives deep oak, dark caramel and leather, balanced by that famously spicy Wild Turkey rye note. For slow sipping, with a drop of water if you like.
