Description
David Ramey is known for Chardonnay made with native yeasts and barrel fermentation in a Burgundian manner, and this Russian River Valley bottling is a good example. It balances ripe apple and citrus with hazelnut, cream and a savoury, mineral edge, and the age has added some depth. A well-structured wine to serve with roast poultry or rich fish.
