Description
A vintage Champagne from Pommery built on grand cru fruit from the 2008 harvest, a year prized for its high acidity and long life. After years on the lees it has gained depth while keeping its edge. Think lemon, toasted bread and a savoury finish, with plenty of life left.
Notes Lemon · Toasted bread · Hazelnut · Savoury finish
Pairs with Roast chicken or aged Comté
