Nikka Coffey Gin

Nikka distills this gin in a Coffey still, the old-fashioned continuous still used for the company's grain whisky, which gives it a rich, soft texture. The botanicals include Japanese citrus such as yuzu, along with apple and the usual juniper. It is gentle, citrusy and slightly sweet, and good in a gin and tonic.
