A skin-contact pét-nat from Milkov in Bulgaria, made from the Misket grape. Leaving the juice on its skins gives it colour and a bit of texture, and the natural fizz is soft and lively. Expect citrus peel, floral notes and a dry, slightly cloudy finish. A good party bottle for adventurous drinkers.
