Description
Quarter Cask is Laphroaig matured in smaller quarter-size casks, which gives more contact between spirit and wood and a sweeter, creamier result. It is bottled at a high strength with the distillery's trademark peat smoke still firmly present. A good bridge between the 10 and the stronger cask-strength bottles.
Notes Peat smoke · Vanilla · Coconut · Brine
Pairs with Smoked meats, or neat.
