Description
Kilchoman is a farm distillery on Islay, and Machir Bay is its signature single malt, mostly aged in bourbon barrels with some sherry casks. It is moderately peated, with smoke, vanilla, ripe pear and sea air. A very good Islay for people who like a medium level of peat.
