Description
Clos de Vougeot is a Grand Cru walled vineyard on the Côte de Nuits, and Jean Grivot is one of the Vosne-Romanée names that make wine here. The Pinot Noir is powerful but refined, with black cherry, spice, earth and firm tannins. Young bottles benefit from decanting, or from time in the cellar.
